1Couscous is very easy to prepare, by putting it into the salted boiling water, remove the pot from the heat, cover and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
2Mix it with sliced tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, sliced black olives and Tuna.
3Put some Basil leaves, add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
I like to prepare couscous in advance, at least half an hour before mixing it with other ingredients so it cools down. After mixing all the ingredients put it in the fridge for another half an hour. I love adding some apple sliced into cubes and Emmental cheese.
